DETOX C. D. Aide On-call
To provide non-medical care to persons incapacitated by alcohol and/or other drugs. To assist with admissions, serving meals, monitoring activities/behaviors, and discharging patients. To transport patients and supplies in company vehicle, as required
Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience working with persons from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds, OR one year of education and/or training in alcohol and drug treatment, or in a closely related field OR any combination of the above to equal one year. NOTE: The incumbent must be able to: (i) lift or assist in lifting an adult. (ii) Pass a criminal history background check. (iii) Provide TB test results within the first 30 days of hire. (iv) Provide first aide, CPR, and Food and Beverage handlers card. (v) Be available for blood borne pathogens training annually or sign a declaration statement. (vi) Have at least one continuous year of sobriety immediately prior to employment and while employed by MDC/Detox. (vii) Have current, valid Washington State Driver’s License or be able to obtain prior to employment. HOURS: Saturdays Day shift 7-3. Sunday 7-2 Monday Swing shift 3-11

LPN Full time IN-HOUSE ONLY
To provide basic nursing care to persons withdrawing alcohol and or other drugs. To provide medical assessment of patient status and implementation of doctor's orders, as shift lead staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Current active Washington State Nursing license and experience in chemical dependency, mental health , medical surgical procedures, or other areas of nursing relevant to this position. The incumbent must pass a criminal history background check. Must have current TB test or x-ray at time of hire.
