Economic Development Services

Economic Development Services (EDS) provides business assistance to those who are interested in starting or expanding a small business. Our services consist of the following:

• We provide one on one small business counseling by appointment only.

• Our training consists of a Small Business Start Up Series which is a six day course (24 hours). In addition, we provide business workshops (two hours) on various business topics throughout the year.

High-Demand Industry Training (HIT)

Assists participants in gaining apprenticeships and employment in the high industry trades where they can receive a family wage job.
