This program is a state contracted program that provides services to drug affected infants placed in foster care. It also helps the foster parents meet the challenge of caring for these children. Eligibility Requirements: Children birth to 36 months old who exhibit the effects of drug and alcohol exposure and who reside in Region 5 foster homes.
